Ideally at least 4–6 weeks before the event, especially during peak season (May–September). For larger events or weddings, we recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your date.
Yes. In addition to food, we offer full service: professional staff, inventory, buffet tables, glassware, and decorations. Everything depends on your wishes and the type of event.
Yes. We have experience with events in gardens, halls, barns, and open fields. We always inspect the venue first and propose a suitable technical solution.
Both. We offer proven concepts, but we are happy to create a tailor-made menu – according to the type of event, the season, and specific requirements (including vegetarian or gluten-free options).
Yes. We also offer bartending services, sommeliers, cocktail bars, wine selections, and coffee catering including professional service staff.
A deposit is paid upon confirmation of the offer, with the remaining balance usually settled after the event. Cancellation terms vary depending on the scope of the order – they are always specified in the contract. We will be happy to explain them to you in advance.
